Beibei joined Accents in July 2018. Combining over 6 years’ experience as a project manager from her previous career in financial services, and her interest in arts, culture, health and wellbeing, she now manages projects including the V&A Micro Museum, the Chrisp Street Exchange, the award-winning Open Poplar and partnership networks with universities, as well as contributing to placemaking consultancy projects.

Prior to joining Accents, Beibei worked as a project manager at J.P. Morgan Chase, where she managed multinational projects in the field of Fund Services, working with international clients including asset managers, pension funds and hedge funds.

Beibei has a BSc in Mathematics from Imperial College London. She is also a qualified counsellor with a diploma in Integrative Transpersonal Counselling and works as a counsellor in a mental health organisation as well as in her own private practice. Born and raised in China, Beibei has lived in the UK for nearly twenty years, speaks Mandarin Chinese and has developed great cultural sensitivity working with groups and people from diverse backgrounds.
